Counter help was courteous and helpful. Asked me questions about my usage before deciding on the fuel option. He was right and saved me about $40 in gas expense. The delivery person was nice but pushy on the insurance. She didn’t give me the option of waiving it until she realized I was adamant. The car was clean. Checkout was easy and return was a breeze. Shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful with luggage. Did not rate 5 * bc is the insurance issue.
No complaints. Service was great, as usual. Car was a bit marred but ran & rode flawlessly. Quick shuttle to and from airport. Shuttle runs every 3-5 min.
The service at both pick-up and drop-off were great. I didn't have to wait at either time. My only complaint is about the way I selected a car. I was taken out and shown a row of about 6 cars of various makes and models in the compact price range. I wasn't wise enough to look them all over or ask questions. So, I ended up in a Mitsubishi which had no plug-ins for usb and no cruise control. I certainly could have checked first, but I made the assumption that most rental cars now have those 2 items standard. I now realize that I need to check those basic items.
Love the new site. Too bad you can't give out the free little bottles of water anymore. Does the new site cost you that much that the free waters had to go away? Not sure why you built such a huge check in counter when you only put one staff member on the counter. And the wait to get a car gets longer every time I go in there. Open up the old site and bring back customer service like you had there. The shuttle bus drivers are the best though.
Easy to book. Service was great! Was picked up at the airport and shuttled to the pick up location where I was pleasantly and cordially greeted by a fantastic young lady with a beautiful smile (and a very pleasant perfume). I got in just minutes before closing time and was very tired. I had requested a standard vehicle but they did not have any available so she upgraded me for free. I got a brand new (less than 100 miles) Nissan Rogue. It was clean and ready to go. I didn't like that I had to choose whether to bring it back full or get charged their rate to fill it. Their rate was 2 cents lower at pick-up but don't know what the rate would have been at drop off. That should be an option at drop off. Also, insurance was not clear at time of reservation. Accident insurance said $5-11/day online but at pick up was $20/day to cover other vehicles if in an accident. The pleasantness and kindness of the lady was a great end to a long day of travel. She helped with my luggage and took time to help familiarize me with the vehicle operations and gave directions to my hotel. I rented for 8 days, picked it up at 10:00 p.m. on the 3rd and returned it 5:00 a.m. on the 10th so only had less than 6 1/2 days and I did not get a refund for the remaining time otherwise would have given 5 stars.
UPDATE: I've rented here 6-7 times this year. Always quick. Always courteous. Almost always give me an upgrade at no additional cost. I often need to drop off before 6 am. Their after hours set up is very convenient. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Jamaal.
