I rate the Encore Antibacterial Head and Body Shampoo a resounding 5! It is great bathing soap for my mom (or anyone) who is a semi-invalid. She is also very large so the germs and bacteria that accumulate under her breast and the apron of her abdomen are taken care of for a 24 hour period. It has a pleasing aroma and will not dry out the skin. After using it once, I am buying by the gallon! It has replaced all my previous antibacterial soaps and shampoos.
